摘要
利用ABAQUS软件模拟铝合金锥形件的旋压成形过程,分析建模过程和不同工艺参数下变形区应力应变场的分布情况及变化规律,探究不同工艺参数对旋压成形过程的影响规律,为该类零件旋压成形工艺参数的选择提供参考。研究表明:旋轮直径和进给率对旋压成形的影响较大,主轴转速对旋压过程影响很小。
The ABAQUS software is used to simulate the pinning forming process of aluminum alloy conical parts. The modeling process and stress and strain field distribution and variation of deformation area in different process parameter are analyzed, the different process parameters on spinning forming process are studied to provide a reference for choosing the spinning forming process parameters. The research shows that the roller diameter and feed rate have great effect on the spinning, and the effects of spindle speed on the spinning process is very small.
