摘要
对我国基础养老金相关研究文献和调整政策进行了梳理和分析,提出以城乡居民低保为依据确定养老金综合值和以居民生活支出替代水平为因子,动态调整待遇水平的政策建议,为建立城乡居民基础养老金调整机制提供了参考。
The related research literature and the policy adjustment for China＇s basic pension are combed and analyzed in this paper. Some suggestions are given that pension comprehensive value and living expenses replacement level factor are determined according to subsistence allowances for urban and rural residents and dynamic mechanism is adjusted, which provide reference for subsistence allowances for urban and rural residents.
