摘要
报道了苯并硫氮卓类钙拮抗剂盐酸地尔硫卓的一种新合成方法,并对工艺进行了优化,该方法操作简便、收率较高、降低成本且适合工业化生产。
A new method was reported for synthesis of the diltiazem hydrochloride. Being well optimized,the improved process has the merits of simple operation, high yield and low cost to meet the needs of manufacturing process.
