枢经推拿结合肩三针辨证配穴治疗肩周炎30例疗效观察

Efficacy Observation on Axis Meridians Massage Combined with "Three Acupoints on Shoulder" and Matching Acupoints by Syndrome Differentiation for 30 Cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的：观察枢经推拿结合肩三针辨证配穴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法：对30例肩周炎患者予以针刺肩髑、肩前、肩贞及配穴，后予以枢经推拿，最后进行疗效评估。结果：治愈20例，好转9例，未愈1例，总有效率为96．7％。结论：枢经推拿结合肩三针辨证配穴治疗肩周炎具有显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of axis meridians massage combined with ＂three acupoints on shoulder＂ and matching acupoints by syndrome differentiation for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods： 30 cases of patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were all pinpricked Jianyu, Jianqian, Jianzhen and matching acupoints, then were given axis meridians massage, and evaluated the efficacy. Results： 20 cases were cured, 9 cases turned better, 1 case invalid, the overall response rate was 96.7%. Conclusion： The treatment of axis meridians massage combined with ＂three acupoints on shoulder＂ and matching acupoints by syndrome differentiation has significant curative effect on scapulohumeral periarthritis.
