复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗成人急性肠炎患者临床效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗成人急性肠炎患者临床效果。方法:随机抽取2013年-2015年我院收治的66例成人急性肠炎患者作为研究对象,采用回顾分析法,将其分为对照组和观察组各33例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗。观察比较其临床效果。结果:对照组总有效率为84.8%,观察组总有效率为96.9%,观察组用药时间、止泻时间明显要比对照组短,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:对成人急性肠炎患者采用复合乳酸菌胶囊治疗,可缩短止泻时间、用药时间、恢复快,在临床中取得了良好的效果,值得临床推广使用。 Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of lactobacillus complex capsules treating adult patients with acute enteritis. Methods: 66 cases of adult acute enteritis from 2013 to 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with each of 33 cases, according to retrospect analysis, control group with conventional therapy, observation group treated with lactobacillus complex capsules, the clinical efficacy of which was compared. Results: The total effective rate of control group was 84.8%, and observation group was 96.9%, medication time and antidiarrheal time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Adult acute enteritis treated with lactobacillus complex capsules can shorten the diarrhea time and medication time, with rapid recovery, achieving good effect in clinic, being worthy of clinical promotion.
