中医医学生中期见习现状调查

An Investigation on the Mid-term Internship Current Situation of Medical Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：了解在不同医院进行中期教学见习的中医医学生见习过程的收获与反思、教学医院的教学效果和不足，探讨原因及改进方法，为进一步改善医学生见习、更好地完成教学目标提供参考。方法：对在不同医院进行见习的中医医学生进行问卷调查。结果：部分中医医学生见习收荻与教学目标不相符，整体见习收获与教学医院及医院所在地区存在相关性。结论：见习学生、教学医院及学校均应作出调整，才能更有效地完成见习、教学任务。

Objective： To survey the harvest and reflection, teaching effect and deficiency of medical students of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of mid-term internship in different hospitals, and investigate the causes and improvement methods, in order to provide some references for improving the students＇ internship and achieving the teaching goal more better. Methods： Questionnaire survey was used in the investigation of the mid-term internship situations of medical students of TCM in different hospital. Results： The internship achievements of part of students were different from the teaching objectives, the overall internship had correlation to the teaching hospital and their districts. Conclusion： All of the trainee students, teaching hospital and school should be adjusted to more effectively achieve the internship and teaching targets.
