摘要
为了解决大功率开关电源硬开关过程中,功率器件上存在较大电压电流尖峰以及发热严重等问题,提出了一种基于软开关技术的大功率电源拓扑结构的设计,详细介绍了大功率开关电源实现ZVS软开关技术的原理、控制方法、主要器件参数的选择以及需要注意的一些问题等。最后以30kW大功率开关电源设计为例,通过实验验证了该基于软开关技术的大功率电源设计的相关理论及控制方法的正确性及可行性。
To solve power device problems such as high voltage-current peaks and serious heating in the hard switching process of high-power switching power supply,this paper presents a design of topological structure of high-power power supply based on soft switching technology. It describes in detail the principle and control method of ZVS soft switching technology for high-power switching power supply,selection of parameters for major devices,as well as some points which need our attention. Finally,taking a 30 kw high-power switching power supply as an example,the results of our experiment show that the theory and control method for the design of highpower power supply based on soft-switching technology is correct and feasible.
