摘要
常见电源的输入电压为交流市电220 VAC,输出电压在1 V^300 V范围内可实现连续调节。为开发高功率密度高功率因数高效率的直流数字稳压电源,以APFC作为输入级以全桥变换器作为主功率变换拓扑、以C2000系列微控制器TMS320F28027作为主控芯片、以基于峰值电流模式的移相控制作为控制策略研发直流数字电源。最终制作了一台实验样机,测试并验证了可行性。
For the common power supply,the input voltage is 220 VAC and the output voltage is continuously adjustable in the range of 1 V ~300 V. To develop a digital DC regulated power supply with high power density,high power factor and high efficiency,a digital DC power supply is developed,using APFC as input stage,full-bridge converter as main power conversion topology,C2000 series microcontroller TMS320F28027 as main control chip,and phase shift control based on the peak current mode as control strategy.Finally,an experimental prototype is made,and the feasibility is verified in the test.
