摘要 研究大规模输电网络扩展规划问题,建立了考虑投资运行费用、网损费用及过负荷费用的多目标优化数学模型。针对传统鱼群算法初始化复杂、收敛速度慢和收敛精度较低的问题,在其觅食、追尾过程中引入自适应变步长策略以提高算法的寻优性能,并将改进的人工鱼群算法用于求解输电网络扩展规划模型。对Garver-6节点和18节点测试系统进行仿真计算,验证所提模型和算法的高效可行性。 With regards to expansion planning of large-scale transmission networks,this paper discusses the establishment of a mathematic model for multi-objective optimization under consideration of costs of investment operation,grid loss and overload. With respect to the problems of traditional fish swarm algorithm,such as complicated initialization,low convergence speed and poor convergence precision,the self-adaptive variable step size strategy is introduced into the foraging and tailgating process so as to improve the searching performance of the algorithm. The improved artificial fish swarm algorithm is then used to solve the expansion planning model for transmission networks. Simulation calculation of the testing system at Node Garver-6 and Node 18 verifies the high feasibility of the proposed model and algorithm.
