摘要 分析了架空线-海底电缆混合输电线路在发生故障后行波的折、反射过程,并在此基础上提出一种架空线-海底电缆混合输电线路组合行波测距方法,首先通过故障初始行波浪涌到达线路两侧测量装置的时间差来判定故障区段,再由单端原理给出准确的测距结果,本方法消除了双端测距方法测距精度受给定线路长度误差以及双端时间不精确同步问题的影响。PSCAD仿真表明,所提方法可以准确的给出测距结果,具有良好的现场应用价值。 After analyzing refraction and reflection processes of the traveling wave on the overhead line-submarine cable hybrid transmission line after fault occurrence,this paper presents a locating method through combined traveling wave. First,the difference between arrival times of the initial fault traveling wave surge at the measuring devices arranged at the two sides of the line is used to judge the fault section. Then,an accurate locating result is given in the single-end principle. This approach eliminates the influence of locating accuracy by the length error of the given line and by inaccurate time synchronization between the two ends in the case of double-end locating. PSCAD simulation results show that the proposed approach can give an accurate locating result and has a good value of application in the field.
