生物质能气化发电自动控制系统研究

Research on the Automatic Control System for Power Generation through Biomass Gasification

摘要 针对既定的生物质气化装置及生物质颗粒,根据生物质气化发电的原理,通过对气化过程主要影响因素的分析,从过程控制的角度,以PLC及后台计算机为监控核心,实现了生物质气化炉工艺流程的关键工艺参数采集和监控,以及锅炉侧联动控制,发电侧监控及并网控制。实际工程运行表明,该系统完全满足控制需求。 In view of the selected biomass gasification device and biomass particles,in the principle of power generation through biomass gasification,based on the analysis of main factors affecting biomass gasification process,and from the perspective of process control,we use our PLC and background computer as monitoring core and realize acquisition and monitoring of key technological parameters for the processing flow of the biomass gasifier,as well as the boiler-side gang control,monitoring at the generating side and control of grid connection. Practical engineering operation shows that the system can completely meet control requirements.
