摘要
为解决液压支架传统的安全系数设计法中存在的设计余量大、强度分布不匀,提高液压支架设计的可靠性,应用有限元法对液压支架进行强度、可靠性和敏感性分析,研究液压支架在不同工况下对不同载荷、材料特性等的敏感性,提出了用有限元法对液压支架进行可靠性及敏感性分析的方法,并以ZF8000/22/35放顶煤液压支架为例,使用有限元软件HyperWorks对液压支架进行强度分析,利用ANSYS进行可靠性分析,得出液压支架对设计参数的敏感性.
To solve the problem of large margin and uneven distribution of strength in traditional hydraulic support safety factor design method, and improve the reliability of hydraulic support design, this paper applied finite element method to analyze the strength, reliability and sensitivity of hydraulic support, researched the hydraulic support in the different working conditions sensitive of the different load, and different material properties, and put forward the method of the reliability and sensitivity analysis of the hydraulic support by using the finite element method. By taking the ZF8000/22/35 roof caving coal hydraulic support as an example, first, this study used finite element software Hyper Works to analyze the strength of hydraulic support, then used the software ANSYS to analyze reliability of hydraulic support, and obtained the sensitivity of hydraulic support on design parameters.
