摘要
主要阐述了新疆某隧洞在施工过程中遇到的几种不良地质情况以及TBM在通过不良地质情况下的操作技巧。通过在施工过程中解决的各类问题,总结了在特殊不良地质条件下,TBM掘进中的应重点注意的几个掘进参数,参数在不同变化情况下围岩及机器设备情况,旨在交流TBM掘进技术,提高各类工作人员的操作水平,加快TBM施工进度和施工质量,从而更好地体现TBM施工的优越性。
Several poor geologic conditions and corresponding operative skills of tunnel boring machine in construction of a tunnel in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were introduced in this research. Several tunneling parameters which should be focused under poor geologic conditions were summarized. The variation of surrounding rock and machines with parameters was presented. The results could increase the operant level of all kinds of staff,accelerate the construction progress and improve the construction quality,and reflect the superiority of tunnel boring machine.
