Application of Directional Tunneling Technology for Water Supply Pipeline Engineering to Tunnel through the Buildings' Foundations

通过采用定向穿越施工方法,使供水管道成功穿越了建筑物,避免了管道在穿越建筑物时按照常规绕行大开挖施工时对建筑物两岸的破坏及交通影响,在经济效益、社会效益和环境管理上都取得了成果。为管道穿越建筑物施工提供了实际经验。

Directional tunneling technology was adopted for water supply pipeline to tunnel through the building successfully. This construction avoided the destroy and the traffic impact of conventional detouring and heavy excavation construction on both sides of the buildings when pipelines tunnel through the buildings. The results show achievements on economic benefit,social benefit and environmental management,and provide practical experience for pipeline to tunnel through the buildings.
