摘要
文中论述了大型水利工程施工控制网建立的原则,并以我省中部引黄工程为例,说明使用1980年3°带高斯平面直角坐标系建立的必要性及对施工的影响。
The principle of construction control network of large-scale water conservancy project was expounded in this paper. The Middle Yellow River Diversion Project in our province was taken as an example to explain the necessity of establishing the 3 degrees Gauss plane rectangular in Xi＇an 1980 coordinate system and its effect on construction.
