摘要
文中以南京地铁三号线采用盾构机掘进穿越高强硬岩段的施工为例,系统地介绍了在硬岩施工中对刀具的保护管理措施,得出了盾构机在硬岩地层中掘进时的掘进模式、掘进参数应根据掌子面观察的情况来合理确定以对刀具进行有效保护,同时也论述了渣土改良措施。
Construction of the Nanjing metro line 3 which adopted the earth pressure balance shield machine to tunnel through the high-intensitive hard rock section was taken as an example to systematically introduce the cutter protection measures during the construction in hard rock. The analysis results show that the tunneling mode and parameters should be reasonably determined according to the situation of the working face,so as to protect the cutter effectively. Residue soil improvement measures were also presented in this paper.
