Experimental study on the influence of steam curing on the mechanical properties of concrete

预制混凝土生产中,利用蒸汽养护工艺来提高混凝土的早期强度实现混凝土预制品的尽早脱膜,但蒸养工艺对混凝土力学性能有一定程度损害,所以蒸汽养护工艺中各阶段的时间和恒温温度很重要。

Steam curing is commonly used for early strength improvement of concrete and concrete prefabricate demoulding as early as possible in precast concrete production. However,steam curing may do some damage to mechanical properties of concrete,therefore,time and constant temperature in each stage of steam curing are very important.
