汾河灌区发展节水灌溉的制约因素及技术策略

Restriction Factors and Technical Tactics to Develope Water-saving Irrigation in Fenhe Irrigation District

汾河灌区作为山西省第一大灌区,具有巨大的节水潜力。但是,由于灌区自身自然条件、灌区内软、硬件条件等因素的制约,使全灌区渠系水利用系数仅为0.549,水资源浪费严重。文中就目前灌区存在的问题进行了总结,并提出了发展节水灌溉的技术措施,用以不断提高灌溉水利用率,满足灌区农业发展要求。

Being the first large-sized irrigation district in Shanxi Province,the Fenhe Irrigation District possesses huge water-saving potential. But because of restriction of several factors including its natural condition,software and hardware facilities,the water efficiency of canal system of the whole irrigation district only reaches 0.549,the water-wasting circumstances are severe. The paper summarizes the present existing problems in this irrigation district and puts forward the technical measures to develope water-saving irrigation for continuously raising the water efficiency of irrigation and for meeting the demand of developing agriculture production in this distriction.
