普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗中重度干眼病抗炎作用的共聚焦显微镜观察 被引量:11

Anti-inflammatory Effects of Pranoprofen Eyedrops Treat Moderate / Severe Dry Eye with In Vivo Confocal Microscopy Observation

摘要 目的应用共聚焦显微镜观察0.1%普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗中重度干眼病患者的抗炎作用。方法将24例中重度干眼病患者随机分为试验组(使用0.1%普拉洛芬滴眼液和0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液)和对照组(使用0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液),治疗前及治疗后观察OSDI评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I试验);应用活体共聚焦显微镜(IVCM)拍摄中央角膜基底下树突状细胞并使用Image J软件计算其密度,各项指标比较采用χ2检验和t检验。结果治疗6周后,试验组树突状细胞密度(44.1±38.4)较治疗前(146.1±121.2)显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),OSDI评分(20.4±3.1)较治疗前(36.2±6.6)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BUT均较治疗前延长;Sehirmer I试验无明显变化。结论使用0.1%普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗中重度干眼病能够显著减轻角膜炎症。 Objective The objective of the present study was to observe the anti-inflammatory effects of 0. 1% topical pranoprofen treat moderate / severe dry dye with in vivo confocal microscopy. Methods 28 patients were divided into two groups: the experimental group( 0. 1% topical pranoprofen plus 0. 1% sodium hyaluronate) and the control group( 0. 1% sodium hyaluronate). Ocular Surface Disease Index( OSDI),tear film breakup time( BUT),Schirmer test I( SⅠt test) were observed in all patients of two groups pre and post treatment. In vivo confocal microscopy( IVCM) were used to get subbasal dendritic cells. Image J software were performed to measure the density of dendritic cells,differences among two groups were analysed by t-tests or 2 test. Results After 6 weeks of the treatment,A statistically significant decrease in the density of dendritic cell density( 44. 1 ± 38. 4) was observed in the experimental group than before treatment( 146. 1 ± 121. 2)( P〈0. 05),the mean score of OSDI questionnaire( 20. 4 ± 3. 1) was significantly lower than that before the treatment( 36. 2 ± 6. 6)( P〈0. 05),BUT was significantly prolonged after the treatment,there was no significant change in SⅠt. Conclusions Topical 0. 1% pranoprofen can relieve the corneal inflammation of moderate to severe dry eye.
