无心衰房颤与房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中发生率的对比研究

The Comparative Study of the Incidence Rate of Cerebral Apoplexy Atrial Fibrillation Without Heart Failure Patients and Atrial Fibrillation Combined Heart Failure Patients

目的观察无心衰房颤与房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中的发生率。方法以2010年2月～2015年2月住院或门诊的病人随机选为两组为观察对象,其中无心衰房颤组50例,房颤合并心衰组50例,以病人发生脑卒中为观察终点。结果无心衰房颤组有9例发生脑卒中,占18%,房颤合并心衰组育19例发生脑卒中,占28%,两者差异显著P〈0.05。结论房颤合并心衰病人脑卒中发生率远高于无心衰房颤者,应积充分、积极抗凝治疗。

Objective To observe incidence rate of cerebral apoplexy of atrial fibrillation without heart failure patients and atrial fibrillation combined heart failure patients. Methods In February 2010-February 2015 pitients that hospitalized in our hospital or out patient randomly selected as the two groups as the observation object. Results The atrial fibrillation without heart failure of 9 case occurs cerebral apoplexy,the incidence was 18%,the other group was 19 cases,the incidence was 28%,the differences were obvious P〈0. 05. Conclusions The incidence rate of cerebral apoplexy of atrial fibrillation without hert failure patients was much higher than the other group,should be positive fully anticoagulant therapy.
