摘要 目的:通过调查广东省乡村医生的队伍现状、培训现状及需求等,分析存在的问题并探讨解决方式。方法:采用方便分层抽样的方法,对广东省10个市74个卫生室74名乡村医生进行问卷调查和对部分乡村医生进行访谈。结果:调查结果显示,74名乡村医生中,以男性、41岁及其以上、高中/中专、初级以下职称为主;个人年总收入以10 000元以下为主,占31.9%;过去一年中,乡村医生曾参加乡级以上卫生机构例会或培训的比例是90.5%,乡村医生中参加例会或培训的平均天数为(16.00±8.96)天;44.6%认为村卫生室已经具备开展家庭医生式服务条件;乡村医生的培训模式主要希望通过培训基地短期培训加强"医疗业务能力"。结论:广东省乡村医生存在性别结构欠合理,年收入偏低,有较大的培训模式需求等问题,建议政府应优化人才结构,建立有效的准入培训机制和激励补偿制度,并统筹乡村医生的培训模式。 Objective To explore the status quo,training and demand of rural doctors in Guangdong province,to analyze the problems and to find out the solutions.Methods Using stratified sampling,we interviewed 74 rural doctors from10 different towns in Guangdong province with questionnaires.Results It showed that most of the rural doctors were males of 41 years old and above with educational background of high school or technical secondary school,who possessed primary professional titles.31.9% of the rural doctors had an annual income under 10000 yuan.Last year,90.5% of the doctors attended the meeting or training of township health institutions.The average session was(16.00±8.96)days.44.6% of them thought rural clinics were qualified for the launch of family doctor service.Most of the rural doctors hope to receive short-term training to strengthen their healthcare capability.Conclusions Rural doctors in Guangdong province have the problems of gender imbalance,low annual income and unsatisfactory training.The government should formulate reasonable incentive compensation system and increase the income for rural doctors through various channels.
