摘要
目的:分析深圳市卫生人力资源发展现状,为政府部门制定卫生人力资源发展规划提供参考依据。方法:描述性统计分析方法,GM(1,1)预测模型。结果:深圳市卫生人力资源存在总量不足,分布不均衡,结构不尽合理等问题。建议:制定卫生人力发展规划,提升卫生人增量配置,调整机构、区域及结构分布,培养人才和引进人才相结合,提高卫生人力资源整体素质。
Objective To analyze the current status of health human resources in Shenzhen,so as to propose development strategies and to make a suggestion for the plan of health human resources in Shenzhen.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis method and GM(1,1)forecasting model were adopted.Results The total quantity of health human resources in Shenzhen was insufficient,the distribution of health human resources was out-of-balance and the structure of the personnel was unsuitable.Conclusions It is essential to rationally plan health human resources,optimize allocation of health human resources,attract and develop talents so as to further improve the quality of health human resources in Shenzhen.
