As China＇s ＂heartland＂,the west has a unique and important significance in geography and history. Western design which is based on western culture has distinct regional, national, diversified and flexible character, what＇s more, it has formed its own unique style. The Heartland＇s Wisdom is an academic forum to discuss the means and attitude of Chinese design, rethink the problems that exist and explore the way of Chinese design in the future though the method of cross-border communication.
