护理专业学生实习后期心理体验的质性探讨

Qualitative Study of the Psychological Experience of the Late Practice Nursing Students

目的探讨临床实习后期护理专业学生心理想法,对后期的实习方法的改善提供一定的参考意见。方法通过质性研究中的现象学方法选取我院实习的12名临床实习后期护理专业学生,并对其进行深度访谈,对探讨结果进行一定的分析处理,筛选出具有价值性的参考意见。结果学生在实习过程中主要面对的问题包含学习压力大、对就业前景存在疑惑、临床实习积极性下降。结论通过改善教育方法,帮助学生树立积极乐观的心态,可提高学生的实习积极性,达到实习的初衷。

Objective To explore the clinical practice of nursing students at late stage of psychological thoughts, to improve the post practice methods provide some reference. Methods Through qualitative research methodology practice in our hospital in 12 clinical practice nursing students at late stage were selected, and the in-depth interviews, to discuss the results for the analysis and processing, screen out with the value of the reference. Results The students in the internship process in the main problems include learning pressure, there are doubts about employment prospects, clinical practice enthusiasm drops. Conclusion By improving teaching methods, help students establish a positive and optimistic attitude, can improve the student＇s enthusiasm, to practice the original intention.
