原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤的B超诊断效果评价

Evaluation of Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis of Primary Gallbladder Malignant Tumor

目的分析应用B超诊断原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2014年3月~2015年10月我院收治的58例原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行B超检查,分析检查的结果。结果 58例患者诊断准确的有54例,其中有29例为腺癌,18例为鳞癌,7例为平滑肌肉瘤,有4例误诊患者,其中有2例为肝癌,1例为胆囊腺瘤,1例为胆囊腺肌增生症,B超诊断的准确率为93.1%,胆囊恶性肿瘤声像图主要分为4种类型,分别为隆起型、厚壁型、实块型及混合型。结论应用B超诊断原发性胆囊恶性肿瘤,诊断的准确率较高,可以用于临床的诊断中,为临床的诊断和治疗提供了必要的理论依据。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer. Methods 58 cases of primary gallbladder cancer were treated in our hospital as the research object from March 2014 to October 2015. All the patients were examined by B ultrasound, and the results were analyzed. Results 58 cases were accurately diagnosed in 54 patients, including 29 cases of adenocarcinoma, 18 cases squamous cell carcinoma, 7 cases of leiomyosarcoma, 4 cases of misdiagnosed patients, including 2 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 1 cases of gallbladder adenoma, 1 cases of adenomyomatosis of the gallbladder, the accurate rate of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of 93.1%, gallbladder sonogram of the malignant tumor is divided into four types, respectively, uplift, thick wall type and solid type and mixed type. Conclusion The application of B ultrasound in the diagnosis of primary gallbladder cancer, high accuracy rate, can be used for clinical diagnosis, for clinical diagnosis and treatment provides the necessary theoretical basis.
