七氟醚与丙泊酚在成人开颅手术麻醉中的应用价值比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的对七氟醚与丙泊酚在成人开颅手术麻醉中的应用价值进行研究。方法随机将52例行开颅手术治疗的成人患者分成七氟醚组与丙泊酚组。结果两组心率、血压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);P组不良反应率低于S组(P<0.05)。结论对行开颅手术的患者应用丙泊酚与七氟醚麻醉,效果较好。 Objective To sevoflurane and propofol in adult application value to study the surgical operation anesthesia. Methods 52 routine surgical operation treatment of adult patients were divided into sevoflurane and propofol group. Results Two groups of heart rate, blood pressure was no significant difference(P〉0.05). P adverse reaction rate is lower than S group(P〈0.05). Conclusion To do surgical operation patients, application of propofol and sevoflurane anesthesia effect is remarkable.
