摘要
目的评价一次性跟管充填对牙髓坏死的治疗价值。方法选取2013年9月~2015年10月我院口腔科收治的53例牙髓坏死患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法比例分为对照组（n=26,采用多次根管填充术）和治疗组（n=27,采用一次性跟管充填术治疗）,评比两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗总有效率进行比较,治疗组高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对牙髓坏死应用一次性根管填充术治疗,疗效确切。
Objective To evaluate the disposable tube filled with therapeutic value for pulp necrosis. Methods 53 cases of pulp necrosis in patients admitted were selected from September 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital dentistry as research subjects, according to the ratio of the draw divided into a control group（n=26, several times with root canal filling technique） and treatment group（n=27, a one-time treatment with canal therapy）, treatment of the two groups and competitions. Results The total effective comparison, treatment group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of pulp necrosis treatment of root canal filling,effective.
