摘要
目的分析断指再植手术成活相关因素分析及临床对策。方法从我院2014年3月~2015年3月收治的断指患者中,随机抽取40例,分析影响患者断指再植手术成活相关因素分析及临床对策。结果 40例患者进行再植手术,成活患者为38例,成活率达到95.0%,其中,患者的热缺血时间、血管痉挛以及血栓形成均会对手术的成功率造成影响,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论通过分析患者断指再植手术成活的因素,积极采取相应的预防及护理措施,有效提升了手术的成活率。
Objective To analysis of replantation surgery survival related factors analysis and clinical countermeasure. Methods 40 cases of amputation patients were randomly chosen in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015, analysis of the factors affect the reattachment surgery patients survive and clinical countermeasure. Results 40 cases of replantation surgery, of 38 patients with survival, the survival rate of 95.0%, among them, the warm ischemia time, vasospasm and in patients with thrombosis will affect the success rate of surgery, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Through the analysis of the factors of replantation surgery patients survived, actively take corresponding prevention and nursing measures to effectively improve the survival rate of the procedure.
