经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年12月~2015年12月收治的老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者20例,均行经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗,分析治疗的效果。结果经治疗后,20例患者平均住院天数为(11.23±2.14)天;且治疗后患者椎体高度丢失、术后骨折椎体压缩率、VAS评分及FIM评分均优于治疗前(P〈0.05)。结论经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果显著。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 20 cases of fracture patients in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 were treated osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression, underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty treatment, efficacy analysis. Results After treatment, 20 cases of patients with the average hospital stay was(11.23±2.14) days, and after treatment of patients with vertebral height loss, postoperative fracture of vertebral compression rate, VAS score and FIM score were better than before treatment(P〈0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty in treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture effect is significant.
