微小型钛板用于口腔颌面外科多发骨折治疗的临床观察

目的探讨微小型钛板在口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者治疗中的应用效果。方法抽选口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者77例,本组患者治疗过程中均使用微小型钛板,评估患者治疗效果。结果本组患者骨折复位、愈合均良好,张口、面部外形等基本恢复正常,X线检查结果显示其骨折线对位良好。随访6个月后患者张口度恢复正常,咬合关系保持正常。结论微小型钛板治疗口腔颌面外科多发骨折患者效果良好,医生应该针对患者实际骨折情况对症治疗。
