探究支架置入结合三维适形放疗加同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Stent Implantation Combined With Three-dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy and Concurrent Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced Esophageal Cancer

目的分析支架置入结合三维适形放疗加同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的效果。方法将中晚期食管癌患者215例分组,107例行三维适形放疗结合DF化疗的为对照组,108例行支架置入结合三维适形放疗加同步化疗的为试验组。结果试验组临床效率、副作用发生率、1年内死亡率、功能状态评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支架置入结合三维适形放疗加同步化疗治疗中晚期食管癌的效果显著。

Objective To analyze stent implantation combined with threedimensional conformal radiotherapy plus synchronous chemotherapy for the treatment of patients. Methods 215 cases of patients were grouped, 107 underwent three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with DF chemotherapy for control group, 108 underwent stent implantation combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus synchronous chemotherapy as the experimental group. Results Treatment group efficiency and side effects incidence, mortality, and within a year function score are better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The stent implantation combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy plus synchronous chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with significant effect.
