胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Amiodarone for Treatment of Heart Failure Patients of Ventricular Arrhythmias

目的分析研究胺碘酮治疗心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月~2015年1月在我院治疗的62例心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的临床资料。62例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组给予常规心力衰竭治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予胺碘酮治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.32%,高于对照组的77.42%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组患者心率、射血分数及QT离散度均较治疗前改善,且观察组心率、射血分数及QT离散度临床指标改善程度均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗过程中均无严重不良反应发生。结论给予心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者在常规治疗上加用胺碘酮治疗,能够控制病情,临床效果明显。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of amiodarone for treatment of heart failure patients of ventricular arrhythmias. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data was conducted in 62 patients with heart failure ventricular arrhythmias who were admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 31 cases. The control group were treated with common treatment. The observation group were treated with amiodarone on the basic of common treatment, the curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.32%, the total effective rate in the control group was 77.42%, it significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）. The HR, EF and QT discrete in both groups had significant improvement as compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）, with the observation group showing a better improvement than in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups. There was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion The curative effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmias is significant, and is helpful to improve clinical symptoms.
