摘要
目的研究调强放疗联合顺铂对宫颈癌疾病的治疗效果。方法病例来源:我院2010年4月~2012年2月住院接受治疗的83例宫颈癌疾病患者。患者分组方法 :随机抽签法。83例患者分为调强放疗组和调强放疗+化疗组两个组别。调强放疗组给予单纯调强放疗;调强放疗+化疗组给予调强放疗联合顺铂治疗。观察指标:(1)近期缓解率、1年生存率、3年生存率;(2)副作用率。结果 (1)调强放疗+化疗组相比于调强放疗组近期缓解率、1年生存率相似,经χ^2检验,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;3年生存率更高,经χ^2检验,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05;(2)调强放疗+化疗组相比于调强放疗组副作用率更低,经χ^2检验,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论调强放疗联合顺铂对宫颈癌疾病的治疗效果确切,可提升患者远期生存率,减轻毒副作用。
Objective Intensity modulated radiation therapy the joint effect of cisplatin in the treatment of cervical disease. Methods The cases of sources: from April 2010 to February 2012 in the hospital for treatment of 83 cases of patients with cervical cancer disease. Patients grouping methods: random draw method. 83 patients were divided into intensity modulated radiation therapy and intensity modulated radiotherapy+chemotherapy groups. Intensity modulated radiation therapy intensity-modulated radiation therapy group was given simple. Intensity modulated radiation therapyintensity modulated radiotherapy+chemotherapy group was given with cisplatin therapy. Observation indexes:(1) The recent response rate, 1 year survival rate, 3 year survival rate.(2) Deputy action rate. Results(1) Intensity modulated radiotherapy+chemotherapy group compared with intensity modulated radiotherapy group recently remission rate, 1 year survival rates are similar, χ~2 statistics treatment have significant difference, P〈0.05. The 3 year survival rate is higher, the χ~2 statistics processing has a significant difference, P〈0.05. Intensity modulated radiation therapy.(2) The side effect rate was lower in the intensity modulated radiotherapy+chemotherapy group compared with the intensity modulated radiation therapy group, χ~2 statistics treatment have significant difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion Intensity-modulated radiation therapy of combined cisplatin in the treatment of cervical disease effect is exact, can improve patients' long-term survival rate, reduce side effects.
