观察酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效

The Observation of Clinical Efficacy of Ketotifen Combined With Salmeterol Fluticasone in the Treatment of Allergic Cough

目的观察酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法 130例变应性咳嗽患者中65例采用复方甲氧那明治疗(对照组),65例采用酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗(观察组)。结果观察组、对照组见效时间分别为(4.31±2.11)d、(6.28±2.73)d;观察组、对照组治疗总有效率分别为93.85%、85.08%;观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.15%、13.85%,以上比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酮替芬联合沙美特罗替卡松治疗变应性咳嗽的临床疗效确切,见效快,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ketotifen combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of allergic cough. Methods Among 130 cases of allergic cough, 65 cases used compound methoxyphenamine treatment（control group）, 65 cases used ketotifen combined with salmeterol fluticasone treatment（study group）. Results Of study group and control group, the effective time were respectively（4.31±2.11） d,（6.28±2.73） d, the total effective rate were 93.85%, 85.08%, the incidence of adverse reactions were 6.15%, 13.85%, and the above comparative had statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ketotifen combined with salmeterol fluticasone in the treatment of allergic cough has precise and quick effect, low incidence of adverse reactions.
