40例抗肿瘤药物所致严重不良反应分析

Analysis of 40 Cases of Serious Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Anti Tumor Drugs

目的探讨40例抗肿瘤药物所致严重不良反应。方法对40例抗肿瘤药物导致严重不良反应患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 50~60岁为抗肿瘤药物所致严重不良反应高发年龄段,单克隆抗体、铂类等药物所致不良反应发生率最高,给药方式以静滴为主,具体不良反应以血液系统反应为主。结论抗肿瘤药物所致严重不良反应与患者用药、年龄、给药方式等密切相关。

Objective To investigate 40 cases of serious adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs. Methods 40 cases of anticancer drugs cause serious adverse reactions in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results 50~60 years old of serious adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs high incidence of age, monoclonal antibodies, and other platinum drugs caused the highest incidence of adverse reactions, mainly intravenous administration to specific adverse reaction to the blood system the lord. Conclusion The serious adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy drugs, is closely related to patient medication, age, mode of administration.
