中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia With Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中药穴位贴服对于小儿肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法将2012年10月~2014年10月本院儿科就诊的135例肺炎患儿作为观察对象,随机分组将其分为观察组和对照组。其中观察组68例,对照组67例。对照组采取常规的治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上使用中药穴位贴敷治疗,分析对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异具有统计学意义。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上辅以中药穴位贴敷,对于小儿肺炎具有较好的疗效,能够快速改善患儿的症状、缓解痛苦。

Objective To analysis clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Chinese herbal medicine in treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods 135 cases of children with pneumonia from October 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital were selected as research object and were randomly divided into 68 cases of the experimental group and 67 cases of the control group. The control group was treated with conventional method, the experimental group on the basis of the control group used Chinese herbal medicine,compared the clinical curative effect of two groups of children. Results The effective rate of the clinical treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, difference had statistically significance. Conclusion Which is on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Chinese herbal medicine, has good curative effect, quickly improve symptoms and relieve the pain of children, deserves further research.
