老年人2型糖尿病社区综合干预效果评价

Effect of Community Comprehensive Intervention on Type 2 Diabetes in the Elderly

目的探讨社区综合干预在老年人2型糖尿病的应用效果。方法选取乌鲁木齐市沙区社区老年人2型糖尿病400例为研究对象,对患者实施为期1年的综合干预并对其干预效果进行分析。结果干预后,糖尿病患者对糖尿病综合干预方法、危害以及病情控制指标等相关知识的知晓率有效提高;干预后患者各血糖、血脂指标与行为指标情况优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区综合干预应用在老年人2型糖尿病中,能有效提高患者对糖尿病防治知识的认知水平。

Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of Urumqi desert community elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus 400 cases as the object of study, of patients with implementation for a period of 1 year intervention and analyze the effect of the intervention. Results After the intervention, on diabetic patients with diabetic comprehensive intervention methods, harm and the control of disease index related knowledge awareness rate effectively, after the intervention of patients, blood glucose, blood lipid index and the situation was significantly better than that of the intervention, the differences of statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of community comprehensive intervention in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the level of knowledge of diabetes prevention and control of diabetes.
