ICU患者鲍曼不动杆菌感染原因分析和护理策略探讨

Exploration of Nursing Strategy and Analysis of the Cause About ICU Patients Infected With Acinetobacter Baumannii

目的探讨ICU患者发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染的原因及其护理措施。方法回顾性分析我院ICU鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者40例临床资料,总结感染原因,并制定合理的护理措施处理。结果脑出血与颅内肿瘤等原发病、入住ICU时间较长(≥15 d)、多重耐药性、气管插管后再行气管切开、肺部感染及应用至少3种抗生素属于发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染主要原因。结论为了尽量减少ICU患者发生鲍曼不动杆菌感染,应合理应用抗生素,并及时治疗原发病,同时重视手卫生,严格消毒隔离制度,促使患者尽快康复出院。

Objective To investigate the causes and nursing measures of bauman acinetobacter infection in patients with ICU. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of the patient infected with acinetobacter baumannii in our hospital from ICU were analyzed retrospectively, and the causes of the infection were summarized and the reasonable nursing measures were formulated. Results The primary disease of cerebral hemorrhage and intracranial tumors, time in the ICU longer（more than or equal to 15 days） and multi drug resistant, tracheal intubation after tracheal incision, pulmonary infection and application of at least three antibiotics belonging to the occurrence of zcinetobacter baumannii infection is the major cause. Conclusion In order to minimize that the ICU patients occurred bauman acinetobacter infection, rational use of antibiotics, and timely treatment of the primary disease, pay attention to hand hygiene and strict disinfection and isolation system can make the patients recover quickly discharged.
