探讨呼吸护理干预在哮喘患者治疗中的重要作用

To Explore the Important Role of Respiratory Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Patients With Asthma

目的探究呼吸护理干预在哮喘患者治疗中的重要作用及临床影响。方法选取2015年于我院就诊的120例支气管哮喘患者,分为对照组与观察组每组60人,对照组患者实施常规化护理,观察组患者在此基础上采取呼吸护理干预护理,对两组患者的恢复情况及患者满意度进行分析对比。结果观察组患者哮喘发作次数低于对照组患者,且护理满意度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论呼吸护理干预对支气管哮喘患者的康复治疗具有积极的促进作用。

Objective To explore the important role and clinical effect of respiratory nursing intervention in the treatment of asthma patients. Methods 120 cases of bronchial asthma patients during 2015 in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each groups. The control group received routine nursing, the patient of observation group based on the control group take respiratory care nursing intervention. the condition of recovery and the degree of patient satisfaction about two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results The number of asthma attacks in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the degree of nursing satisfaction was better than that of the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The respiratory nursing intervention has a positive effect on the rehabilitation of patients with bronchial asthma, and it is worth to be used for reference and promotion.
