延续护理对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响

Influence of Continuing Care on the Quality of Life of Patients With Breast Cancer Surgery

目的探讨延续护理对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量的影响。方法 2014年1月~2015年10月在我科住院并手术治疗的乳腺癌患者185例,其中2014年1~10月90例患者为对照组,2014年11月~2015年10月95例患者为观察组。对照组予乳腺癌术后常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用术后延续性护理。采用乳腺癌患者生活质量测定量表（FACT-B）评定干预前后患者的生活质量。结果干预前,两组FACT-B评分5个领域得分、总分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。干预后,观察组FACT-B评分5个领域得分、总分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论延续护理用于乳腺癌术后患者可有效改善患者术后的生活质量。

Objective To explore the influence of continuing care on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods 185 cases of breast cancer patients treated with operation from January 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected, and 90 cases from January to October 2014 were as control group, 95 cases from November 2014 to October 2015 were as observation group. Patients in control group received routine nursing, the observation group, on the basis of routine nursing, added to continuing care. The life quality of patients was evaluated by FACT-B.Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the score of five areas and total score evaluated of two groups by FACT-B（P〈0.05）. After invention, the score of five areas and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients by continuing care.
