手术室无痛护理对非全身麻醉手术患者术中舒适度的影响

The Effect of Painless Nursing on the Comfort Degree of Patients Undergoing Non- general Anesthesia

目的研究手术室实施无痛护理对非全身麻醉手术患者的术中舒适度的影响。方法选取我院手术室2013年4月~2015年4月收治的手术患者共120例,所有患者采用非全身麻醉处理,按护理方法分为采用常规手术护理的对照组和采用无痛护理的研究组。研究对比两组患者术中舒适程度和术后疼痛程度。结果手术开始起0 h、1 h、2 h、3 h研究组患者的舒适程度均高于对照组患者的舒适程度,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用无痛手术护理能有效提高患者术中舒适程度,减轻患者术后疼痛,促进患者正常活动功能的恢复。

Objective To study the non-operating room painless nursing for the patients with general anesthesia surgery in comfort. Methods A total of 120 patients with surgery patients were selected in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2015, all patients using the general anesthesia, according to the nursing methods are classified into conventional surgery group and adopt painless nursing research group compare and study the comfort and postoperative pain two groups of patients in surgery. Results The operation began with 0 h, 1 h, 2 h, 3 h. the comfort level of patients in the study group were significantly higher than that of control group patients comfortable degree, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless surgery nursing can improve the patients who comfort level, reduce the patients with postoperative pain, promote the recovery of patients with normal activity function.
