糖尿病合并冠心病护理中应用多样性护理方案价值探讨

Investigation of the Value of Application About Diversity Nursing Programs for Patients With Coronary Heart Disease With Diabetes Mellitus

目的多样性护理方案对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的应用效果。方法对照组给予临床常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加用多样性护理方案。记录两组糖尿病合并冠心病患者护理前后空腹血糖检测结果变化情况、患者对本次护理满意度。结果经不同方法护理后研究组空腹血糖降低至(5.15±0.37)mmol/L、对照组降低至(7.03±0.68)mmol/L(P<0.05);研究组对护理工作满意度评分高达(90.90±2.15)分,对照组对本次护理满意度仅为(79.82±3.41)分,两组数据对比P<0.05。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者提供多样性护理方案可显著提高其护理效果,有利于保障患者生活质量及身心健康。

Objective The effect of the application of diversity care program for diabetic patients with coronary disease. Methods The control group received routine clinical care, research group based on the use of conventional nursing were given about diversity care program. Before and after the care, the changes of fasting blood glucose and the degree of satisfaction before and after nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease of two groups were recorded. Results After different methods treatment, Fasting blood glucose about study group reduce to（5.15±0.37） mmol/L, that of the control group raduce to（7.03±0.68） mmol/L（P〈0.05）. The study group of nursing satisfaction scores up（90.90±2.15） points, the degree of satisfaction of the control group was only（79.82±3.41） points, to compare the date of two groups P〈0.05. Conclusion To provide a variety of nursing care for patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease can significantly improve the nursing effect, which is conducive to the quality of life and physical and mental health of the patients.
