无张力手法在老年患者Ⅱ期褥疮护理中的应用效果观察

To Observe the Effect of Application of Non-tension Technique in the Nursing Care of Elderly Patients With Stage II Pressure Ulcer

目的探讨在老年患者Ⅱ期褥疮护理中无张力手法的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2014年7月~2015年7月收治的90例Ⅱ期老年褥疮患者,将其分为对照组与观察组。针对对照组患者行常规护理方法,对观察组患者行无张力手法护理模式,对比两组患者的褥疮护理效果。结果观察组患者在接受无张力手法护理后,在护理第3 d及第7 d的护理效果均优于对照组患者,两组患者的相关数据经对比后差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论无张力手法带有较强的力学原理,在老年患者Ⅱ期褥疮护理中可以加速患者的疮口愈合,护理效果较好。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of application of nontension technique. In the nursing care of elderly patients with stage Ⅱpressure ulcer. Methods From July 2014 to July 2015, 90 cases of elderly patients with stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into control group and observation group, patients with routine nursing methods for control group, the observation group patients with non-tension technique nursing mode, to compare two groups of patients with pressure ulcer care effect. Results The patient of observation group in the treatment of non-tension after nursing, 3 d and 7 d of effects in the nursing care are better than that of the control group patients. After comparing two groups of patients with the relevant data, there are statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Non-tension technique with strong mechanics principle can accelerate the healing of wound in elderly patients with Ⅱ nursing of pressure ulcers, nursing effect is better.
