小儿高热惊厥的急救及护理体会

The Experience of Emergency Treatment and Nursing Care of Children With Febrile Convulsion

目的探讨高热惊厥患儿的急救及护理体会。方法选择2015年1~12月江苏省南通大学附属医院急诊科收治96例高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,在急救基础上实施护理措施：急救护理、用药观察及护理、基础护理、心理护理、饮食护理、健康指导等。结果 96例患儿未发生并发症,家长对高热惊厥知识有比较正确的理解和掌握90例（93.75%,90/96）;护理满意度98.96%（95/96）。结论对高热惊厥患儿进行护理干预,能够避免发生并发症,家长对高热惊厥知识有比较正确的理解和掌握、护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the emergency treatment and nursing care of children with febrile convulsion. Methods 96 cases of children with febrile convulsion in Nantong university affiliated hospital from January to December 2015 were selected and as the research object, the method about emergency based on the implementation of nursing measures： emergency nursing, medication nursing and observation, basic nursing, psychological nursing, diet nursing, health guidance and so on. Results 96 cases of patients were without complications, the parents of 90 cases have a more correct understanding and grasp of the knowledge of febrile seizures（93.75%, 90/96） and the degree of nursing satisfaction 98.96%（95/96）. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with febrile convulsion could avoid complications, which parents have a more correct understanding and grasp of the knowledge of febrile seizures and the high degree of nursing satisfaction.
