九安士纸杯在小儿包皮包茎术后的应用

Application of Nine Ounce Cups in Children With Phimosis Foreskin Surgery

目的探讨小儿包皮包茎术后,如何避免阴茎头与衣裤的摩擦,减少患儿的不适。方法将60例手术患儿随机分成观察组和对照组(每组n=30),观察组术后使用九安士纸杯,避免阴茎头与衣裤接触,对照组术后采用传统的方法包扎未作其他处理。结果观察组患儿的舒适度93.3%、满意度96.7%、换药依从性为96.7%,高于对照组。结论小儿包皮包茎术后,配合使用九安士一次性纸杯,可以减少患儿术后阴茎头与衣裤的摩擦,减轻不适。

Objective To investigate the foreskin phimosis surgery, how to avoid friction with the head of the penis underwear, reduce discomfort. Methods 60 cases of pediatric surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group（30 cases in each group）, the patients in the observation group after nine ounce paper cups, avoid contact with the glans of the penis and underwear, after surgery in the control group using traditional method of dressing without other treatment. Results The comfort degree of the observation group was 93.3%, the satisfaction rate of 96.7%, the compliance of dressing change 96.7% was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Pediatric prepuce phimosis operation, with nine ounce disposable cups, can reduce the patients after the glans of the penis and underwear friction, relieve discomfort.
