改良沙袋在肿瘤介入术后穿刺点压迫中的应用探究

Study on the Application of Sandbags Improved in Tumor After Interventional Puncture Point Pressure

目的分析改良沙袋在肿瘤介入术后穿刺点压迫中的应用价值。方法将154例介入治疗肿瘤患者分成两组,对照组术后应用传统沙袋对穿刺点压迫,研究组术后应用改良沙袋对穿刺点压迫。结果研究组穿刺点并发症、舒适度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤介入术后应用改良沙袋对穿刺点压迫效果显著。

Objective To analyze the value of application about improvement of sandbags in tumor after interventional puncture point oppression. Methods 154 cases of patients with tumor interventional treatment were randomly divided into two groups, the application of traditional sandbag compression on puncture point after surgery in the control group, the application of modified sandbag pressing the puncture point in the study group. Results The puncture point complications and the degree of comfort of the study group is better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of application about improvement of sandbags in tumor after interventional puncture point oppression is remarkable.
