层次分析法在教师教学评价问题中的应用研究

为了激发教师的工作热情和积极性,各校相继开始实施质量工程建设,而教师教学评比则是质量工程建设的一项重要举措。文章利用层次分析法,借助MATLAB软件对教师教学评价中的相关问题进行了研究,研究成果对公平公正地评价教师的教学过程和效果有着非常重要的作用。

The schools have started to implement quality engineering construction, in order to stimulate the teachers＇ working passion and enthusiasm. Teaching evaluation is an important measure for the construction of engineering quality. This paper takes full advantage of MATLAB, analyzes some problems of teaching evaluation, and research results has a very important role for evaluate teachers fairly and equitably.
