本文介绍了312国道陕西商州至丹凤一级公路改建工程采取的设计施工总承包模式,指出了总承包模式在公路改建项目中的优势与不足,提出了改进的对策和建议。
This article describes the design-build delivery method in highway reconstruction project of National Road 312 （Shaanxi Shangzhou to Danfeng）, points out the advantages and disadvantages of I）esign-build mode in the highway reconstruction project, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improvement.
