基于G1赋权模型的民办高校实验室发展管理评价研究

Evaluation on Development Management of Private Colleges Laboratory Based on the Index-Weight Determination Model Named Model G1

本文介绍了G1赋权模型的分析程序,并对模型进行了"校正-补偿"修正。从设备设施、实验队伍、实验教学、经费募集和管理体制三个方面构建了民办高校实验室发展管理评价体系,运用G1分析法和模糊综合评价法对安徽新华学院安全检测检验实验室的发展管理水平进行非线性评价。通过与实际调查情况进行比对,验证了采用G1赋权模型对民办高校实验室发展管理评价具有可行性和有效性。

The paper describes the analysis procedure of the Index-Weight determination model named model G1, meanwhile, revises the model using the method named ＂Correction-Compensation＂. The evaluation system of private colleges laboratory is constructed from aspects of equipment and facilities, experimental team, experimental teaching, funds raising and management system. The nonlinear level of safety testing laboratory in Anhui Xinhua University is analyzed using model G1 and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Also, the paper compares the evaluation results to the actual survey results, confirmed that it is effectively and available to use model G1 in development management of private colleges laboratory evaluation.
