摘要
水力机械的过流部件经常会出现磨损和汽蚀的问题,对水力机械的正常使用造成了影响,也造成了巨大的经济损失。本文就这两个问题展开讨论,分析材料的汽蚀机理和抗汽蚀表面防护技术在水力机械装置中的应用现状及其应用前景。
There are often wear and cavitation problems of the flow passage components of hydraulic machinery, which affects the normal use of hydraulic machine and causes huge economic losses. This paper discusses the two problems, and analyzes cavitation mechanism of the material and application and prospects of surface protection technology in anti-cavitation erosion of hydraulic machinery.
